On the other hand, through a process called time leverage, you can influence productivity.

In essence, time leverage is a complicated way of saying the maximum result for the minimum effort. It’s the main concept of “work smarter, not harder.” By delegating tasks and automating others, you can boost productivity, and technology is at the heart of this process.
